QualMan Consulting is headed by Surendro Sahoo, who has a post graduate qualification in Business Management and have more than three decades of managerial experience. He has also the benefit of observing the working of hundreds of companies of different sizes, and types as a QMS Auditor.

During these three decades of association with the management, Surendro felt that the small and medium enterpreneurs have a need for an agency which they can depend upon for right guidance.

This gave birth to QualMan Consulting, the firm that is small enough to understand the needs of small and medium enterpreneurs, and strategically placed to understand their pain areas and provide the right set of guidance to mitigate these.
